Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer communications related to quotes and orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for new customer inquiries
Communicate with customers regarding quote requests and general inquiries
Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate customer communication and support sales efforts
Maintain lead tracking and status updates in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction
Enter new orders, process order acknowledgments, and maintain accurate documentation
Assist Finance with payment follow-up when needed
Provide order status updates and communicate any changes or delays
Maintain the order backlog and support on-time delivery tracking
Work with internal team to expedite orders when necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff, vendors, and customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of medical device manufacturing
Ability to communicate technical concepts
Service-oriented mindset
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in job duties
Preferred
Experience with an ERP system is a plus
