Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of receptionist or front office experience (experience in a professional services or accounting firm preferred)
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems
Basic understanding of accounting office workflows is a plus
