Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations for major initiatives of the Career Pathways Lab, especially the Extension Summer Internship Program
Assist with the coordination of the total Extension Summer Internship Program, including applicant recruitment, program promotion, scheduling professional learning tours, intern orientation, Extension Internship Showcase, and evaluating the internship program
Coordinate recruiting events for prospective interns
Update the internship website and recruitment platforms
Respond to routine questions from applicants and interns
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Valid NC Driver's License required No
Commercial Driver's License Required? No
Preferred
Ability to utilize Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc)
Computer skills vital – must be able to work with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Data entry experience
