VP/Head of Sales – Data/Infrastructure Orchestration (Series A - 100% YoY Growth)
Zearch is an early-stage, fast-growing technology company focused on building a data and infrastructure orchestration platform. They are seeking a Founding Head of Sales/VP Sales to develop the sales function, define go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue as the business scales.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the initial go-to-market and sales strategy
Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue targets
Personally lead and close early-stage and enterprise sales opportunities
Establish sales processes, tooling, and metrics from the ground up
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap based on customer feedback
Refine messaging and positioning for technical and business stakeholders
Build and scale the sales team as the company grows
Develop strategic partnerships and identify expansion opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experienced sales leader with 7+ years in B2B SaaS, including early-stage or founding roles
Proven track record of closing complex, technical deals
Comfortable selling unfinished products and shaping the narrative alongside founders
Highly analytical, execution-oriented, and outcomes-driven
Strong communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences
Energized by ambiguity and motivated by building from scratch
Preferred
Background in AI, data, developer tools, or infrastructure strongly preferred
Domain wise, someone from the likes of Dagster, Pagerduty, Prefect or other Automation or Data Pipelining would be interesting
