Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency
Support time studies, workflow analyses, and process mapping under the guidance of senior engineers
Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and waste reduction projects
Assist in designing and maintaining machine guarding and other safety improvements
Learn and assist with PLC-related projects in collaboration with controls teams
Help create and update standard work instructions and process documentation
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve basic manufacturing issues
Support data collection and analysis for continuous improvement activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, (or related field)
