Project Manager's
Kubik Maltbie is looking for a proactive Project Manager to help deliver world-class museum and visitor-experience environments. In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal fabrication teams—driving projects from concept through installation.
Responsibilities
Manage 1–2 projects or support larger multidisciplinary programs
Oversee design development across drafting, interactives, graphics, and fabrication
Coordinate subcontractors, production teams, and installation crews
Maintain project schedules, cost tracking, progress reports, and O&M documentation
Drive budgets, payments, change orders, and financial controls
Solve problems quickly in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
Ensure high‑quality builds and seamless on‑site installation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field, or 3–5 years of experience in fabrication/exhibit development
Ability to read construction/fabrication blueprints
Strong carpentry/fabrication knowledge
Excellent communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word
Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
Preferred
museum/exhibit experience a plus
