Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite members across our community
Learn each member company’s business, priorities, and the topics they care about
Partner with AI Lab advisors and staff to shape agendas, content, and panels for monthly meetings and roundtables
Facilitate conversations and ensure members are getting value from the community
Manage ongoing communications via Slack and email
Qualification
Required
Someone who's genuinely comfortable in rooms with CEOs—you can hold a conversation, ask smart questions, and build trust quickly
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in account management, client success, executive programs, or community development
Interest in AI and how businesses are adopting it (deep technical expertise not required)
Self-directed and organized—this is a small, high-trust engagement
