Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee students' progress towards obtaining Industry Recognized Credentials, ensuring they are on track to meet program requirements
Provide comprehensive graduation pathway counseling to students, assisting them in charting their academic journey and aligning it with their future career goals
Collaborate with students to align their chosen graduation pathways with their long-term career aspirations, offering guidance and support to help them succeed
Additional responsibilities and tasks pertaining to enhancing and maintaining engagement, promoting academic progress, and facilitating successful graduation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2 or more years in education experience
Must hold a valid Ohio license, such as an Ohio Teaching License, Pupil Services License, or School Counseling License
Preferred
Previous experience in education program coordination or counseling
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation pathway options
