Responsibilities
Support, troubleshoot, and optimize automation & control systems
Work with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Historian platforms
Design and modify HMI/operator interface screens
Analyze process data to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, PMO, OSHA standards
Support engineering projects, documentation, and plant training
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in manufacturing automation / process control
Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC, CompactLogix, ControlLogix)
Strong experience with Rockwell / FactoryTalk tools (RSLogix, FTView, Historian)
Experience with SCADA systems (Wonderware preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and automation logic skills
Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and process drawings
Experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
Preferred
SQL / Historian data analysis
Prior leadership or project engineering exposure
Windows Server / Active Directory knowledge
