Responsibilities
Research and analyze emerging cloud technology solutions and products
Performs or manages the entire life cycle of Infrastructure components including core software and hardware
Recommends emerging solutions or technologies to address existing or emerging challenges and risks
Ensure high availability of the enterprise server environment that supports internal employee business
Troubleshoot and remediate 3rd tier issues impacting the operation of the corporate infrastructure
Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
Provide high quality support as well as delivering and operating IT services to other IT teams and Line of Business end users
Foster operational excellence through streamlined IT processes, standardization, and automation
Innovate and monitor future trends, technologies, and IT solutions
Creative, innovative responsibilities requiring advanced decision-making skills
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Keeps abreast of technology trends and collaborates with peers on emerging opportunities or threats
Improve expertise, ability to train, coach and foster knowledge exchange between the team members
Ability to interact regularly with managers, clients, vendors, and agencies daily
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve any defects in products or company systems
Write and/or maintain programming scripts to enhance functionality as necessary

Qualification
Required
8+ years IT experience
4+ years' recent experience with Azure, Entra ID, and M365 solutions
4+ years' recent experience with Microsoft technologies. Including but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI
Experience with claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC
Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc
Experience building and supporting mission critical technology components with DR capabilities
Experience working in a secure, highly audited environment
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Strong knowledge in programming languages including PowerShell
MS-102 certificate
Preferred
AZ-104/AZ-305 certificate
