Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive 1st through 3rd line support for all technical issues
Respond to incoming IT requests promptly and ensure all actions are accurately logged in the ticketing system
Manage the procurement of end-user IT equipment and handle the setup/configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Maintain and troubleshoot general networking, Wi-Fi devices, and printers
Actively ensure all users follow cyber security best practices to protect company data
Create and update technical guides and documentation to improve team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Provide comprehensive 1st through 3rd line support for all technical issues

Maintain and troubleshoot general networking, Wi-Fi devices, and printers
Actively ensure all users follow cyber security best practices to protect company data
Create and update technical guides and documentation to improve team efficiency
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and Active Directory/Azure AD
Hands-on experience configuring and repairing laptops, desktops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and peripherals
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity issues
Experience using industry-standard ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk) to manage and document workflow
