Responsibilities

Strong communication, administrative, and computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office, BUS, multitasking, and handling multiple phone lines
Ability to manage warehouse documentation and transactions: pick tickets, transfer orders, goods movements, backorders, bill of lading creation, and accurate record‑keeping
Daily monitoring and response responsibilities, including D screen, raw material shortages, warehouse email, Andon requests, door/gate access, and vendor notifications
Physical and operational capabilities such as lifting up to 75 lbs., operating multiple forklift types, and completing any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Required

Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions
