Responsibilities

Act as the first responder for client technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Deliver professional, courteous, and timely support to all clients
Create tickets as needed. Complete tickets when possible. Refer to the HelpDesk Supervisor when further action is required
Educate clients on best practices and preventive measures for IT system maintenance
Resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues, including connectivity and peripheral problems
Use remote access tools to assist customers efficiently
Perform basic installations, updates, and system configurations
Record detailed and accurate logs of client interactions, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions in the service desk system
Update and maintain client profiles and technical documentation
Follow company SOPs for troubleshooting, issue escalation, and client interactions
Suggest improvements to processes and tools to enhance efficiency
Partner with Level 2 and Level 3 Technicians to resolve complex client issues
Participate in team discussions and contribute to knowledge sharing and problem-solving initiatives
Install and configure software applications to ensure compatibility with client systems
Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral device issues such as printers, scanners, and monitors
Accurately log time spent on support tickets and assigned tasks to ensure proper resource allocation and billing
