Responsibilities
Serve as a technical linchpin in evolving a complex enterprise ecosystem
Maintain the platform and drive the end-to-end implementation of new products and advanced configurations within the CMDB, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and ITOM suites
Translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure that discovery, asset lifecycle management, and service mapping are seamlessly integrated to provide a robust, single source of truth for the organization’s IT landscape
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and systems integration
Proven track record of configuring and deploying ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules in large-scale enterprise environments
Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API; experience with REST/SOAP integrations is essential
Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and how it informs the relationship between asset management and service delivery
Ability to work with clients in the Washington, D.C. area and meet any necessary background or clearance requirements typical of the region's federal and commercial sectors
Preferred
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
CIS certifications in Discovery or SAM are a significant plus
