Develops reports and recommendations that help optimize project execution and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
0-5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement
Strong research skills
Problem-solving mindset
Organized approach to data processing and reporting
Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
Ability to assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making
Ability to support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis
Ability to develop reports and recommendations that help optimize project execution and resource allocation
Ability to perform various functions from defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development and execution to project management
Ability to become a subject matter expert in all billing options for both FPL and FPL NW
Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently
Ability to collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
Ability to ensure all processes are well documented
Ability to build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution
Preferred
1-3 years' experience
SAP knowledge
Exposure to Agile program development methodology
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
