Handle all phases of litigation from pleadings through resolution
Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and substantive legal filings
Manage cases in federal and state court
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Participate in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Active California Bar license in good standing
Federal court experience required
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Consumer protection, personal injury, or similar litigation experience is a plus
