Responsibilities

Design, specify, and implement advanced electrical control systems for automation projects
Program and optimize robots (Fanuc), PLCs (Allen Bradley), HMIs, and CNC equipment (HAAS)
Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving to improve real-world manufacturing processes
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to design custom fixtures and automated systems
Develop and execute in-house testing and validation procedures
Collect and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
Stay at the cutting edge of automation—helping us push the envelope of what’s possible

Qualification

Allen Bradley PLCsFanuc robotsHAAS CNCsAutoCAD ElectricalAutodesk InventorAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsDecision-making skillsCommunication skills

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, controls, and system integration
Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robots, and/or HAAS CNCs
Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical and/or Autodesk Inventor
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
