This position will report directly to the IT Manager and involves providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, while ensuring compliance with security policies and managing user accounts.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees
Set up workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment
Provide technical support for end-users via phone, tickets system, and by email
Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming support tickets and requests
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and platforms
Ensure compliance with security policies
Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems
Perform routine maintenance on hardware including updates and patches
Create and/or maintain documentation for IT policies and procedures
Document Issues and resolutions in a ticket system
Work closely with other IT team members to address IT infrastructure needs
Work with vendors to support our printer, phone, and security systems
Manage the inventory of IT assets
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
Proficiency in computer management and desktop support
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Infor Syteline ( CSI ) ERP software
One year of relevant experience
Knowledge of networking concepts, security, VPN's, and switching hardware
Experience with scripting
