Responsibilities
Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam) for aerospace components
Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various material types
Verify CNC code against engineering models using VERICUT Simulation
Interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine tooling, work holding, machine speeds, and feed rates
Create setup documentation and support shop floor needs with accurate technical information
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong knowledge of Mastercam (milling programs)
Solid understanding of machines, tools, and their applications
Strong foundation in mathematics (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics)
Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
