Responsibilities
Lead major nuclear projects from early development through execution and turnover, with accountability for safety, regulatory compliance, cost, schedule, and quality
Set project objectives, success metrics, and governance aligned with nuclear operations and business priorities
Provide clear, timely status and risk communication to executive leadership and stakeholders
Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, licensing, construction, supply chain, and operations to deliver integrated outcomes
Establish and enforce project controls, risk management, and execution standards for large, complex nuclear projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required)
Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license or equivalent nuclear leadership certification (required)
20+ years of experience leading large, complex nuclear and commercial major projects, including EPC execution, construction, engineering, project controls, procurement, contract strategy, audits, and nuclear operations
Deep, current knowledge of the nuclear power industry, including regulatory frameworks, outage-driven execution, risk management, and integration with competitive electric markets
Preferred
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent business leadership experience (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent major-project certification (preferred)
