Responsibilities
Client Relations: Manage the front office experience; greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, oversee the multi-line phone system, manage advisors calendars and scheduling. Sending out birthday and holiday cards
Operational Support: Process mobile deposits, coordinate client events, manage vendor/property manager relations, and maintain office inventory. Communicate with property manager. Daily mail, UPS, scanning and faxing
Executive Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the advisory team, including document scanning, correspondence, and file management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment
Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Teams, and CRM platforms
Ability to quickly master industry-specific software is required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a mastery of grammar and professional etiquette
High degree of discretion regarding sensitive financial data
A proactive, self-educated approach to firm policies
