Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical device systems to ensure optimal performance
Diagnosing technical issues
Providing in-person or remote support
Conducting routine maintenance
Training clients on equipment usage
Maintaining detailed service records
Collaborating across teams to resolve customer inquiries effectively
Qualification
Required
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical devices, electronics, or related equipment
Experience in customer service and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Time management and organizational skills to prioritize work efficiently
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Basic proficiency with computer systems and related diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as necessary
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or certification in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in the medical device industry is a strong advantage
