Account Executive
CST Industries is a global leader in engineered storage solutions, and they are seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by developing new business and managing key accounts. This role focuses on territory development, building strong customer relationships, and uncovering opportunities through various channels.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business within assigned territories
Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and CRM activity
Develop relationships with engineering and consulting firms that influence tank and silo projects
Conduct account reviews, site visits, and customer meetings to strengthen partnerships
Deliver presentations, proposals, and project solutions aligned with CST’s goals
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure accuracy and project success
Maintain CRM records, forecasting, and follow-up activities
Support rep and direct sales channels with training and joint visits
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of outside sales or account management experience (industrial, construction, manufacturing, or engineered solutions preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to read drawings, specs, and basic engineering plans
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to travel 50-70% within assigned territory
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
