Responsibilities
Place real phone calls to a demo line and record natural caller-side audio sessions
Spell out names, email addresses, and phone numbers conversationally, similar to customer support interactions
Vary tone, pace, pauses, and filler words to ensure realistic and natural speech
Record audio across multiple environments, including quiet settings, muffled voice, and speaker mode with background noise
Capture and submit call codes provided during each recording session
Accurately enter call metadata and speaker information into shared tracking sheets
Qualification
Required
Native speaker with a Southern US accent
Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP services are not permitted)
Access to a reliable phone and suitable recording environments
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and compliance with instructions
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, task-based environment
