Analyze production processes to improve efficiency and establish standard rates
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Support quality and reliability standards across manufacturing operations
Review production records to ensure process and quality compliance
Assist in production planning based on capacity, schedules, and constraints
Develop basic workflow, layout, and utilization diagrams
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
Process analysis and problem-solving
Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems
CAD and engineering software proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork skills
