Responsibilities
Perform assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
The candidate will also be expected to perform general building maintenance activities and respond to emergency issues within buildings: changing lights, repairing minor plumbing issues, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and HVAC trade school certification preferred
5+ years of HVAC experience in a commercial building environment
Team building (works well with others in a group setting)
Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software is a plus)
Ability to share knowledge of HVAC systems with co-workers
