Responsibilities

Oversee HVAC, plumbing, boilers, pumps, valves, and mechanical systems
Ensure 100% uptime of critical building systems
Supervise, train, and manage engineering and maintenance staff
Manage preventive maintenance programs and contractor activities
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and CFWA requirements
Maintain documentation, inventory, purchase orders, and CMMS records
Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Required

Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
7+ years of facilities or building engineering experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong HVAC and plumbing background (electrical knowledge required)
Universal CFC Certification and Operating Engineers License (or equivalent)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems

Preferred

High Pressure Operator Engineer License
Experience in critical or mission-critical facilities
Reliability-based maintenance and continuous improvement experience
Energy management or sustainability background
