Event Manager
Clarity Recruiting is seeking an experienced Event Manager to support the planning and execution of events for a leading financial brand. This role will focus on large-scale B2B events while also managing smaller-scale events independently, requiring strong organizational and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of large-scale B2B and corporate events for a financial brand, while leading smaller-scale events independently
Oversee and manage third-party vendors and suppliers, including venues, AV, stand contractors, and signage partners
Act as quality control across all event deliverables, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Manage event budgets, including forecasting, pre- and post-event updates, invoice reconciliation, and payment tracking
Partner closely with the sponsorship team, managing sponsorship deliverables such as branding opportunities and meeting spaces
Provide regular progress updates to the line manager
Lead on-site execution, managing staff and vendors on event days
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing corporate events (e.g., conferences, lectures, corporate meetings)
Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Preferred
Experience working with financial services or professional services brands
