Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions; produce FRDs and mapping documents
Define data elements, business rules, and transformations
Use SQL, Pyspark, Python to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and validate integrity
Partner with data architects on star/snowflake schemas and dimensional models
Define test cases, execute UAT, and validate outputs against business requirements
Manage backlog and prioritize data initiatives by ROI and impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Lead discovery sessions; produce FRDs and mapping documents
Define data elements, business rules, and transformations
Use SQL, Pyspark, Python to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and validate integrity
Partner with data architects on star/snowflake schemas and dimensional models
Define test cases, execute UAT, and validate outputs against business requirements
Manage backlog and prioritize data initiatives by ROI and impact
SQL: Queries (joins, CTEs, window functions)
Data Warehousing: ETL/ELT, ADF
BI Tools: Power BI, Looker
Documentation: Jira, Confluence, data dictionaries, SharePoint Online
Preferred
5–7 years in Data Warehousing or Analytics
Strong communicator able to explain technical concepts to executives
Experience with cloud data warehouses
