Judicial reports
Ordering and tracking exams
Conveyance forms
Review surveys
Answer incoming calls – route to appropriate party

Required

Experience in Title Insurance is a Must!
Customer Service skills
Experience in Residential Real Estate
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to pass a background check and able to work in the State of Ohio and U.S
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related field is beneficial

Preferred

Licensed Title Insurance Agent a plus
Experience with Ramquest or Softpro a plus
