Strong backend development experience in Java
Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures
Hands-on experience with Kafka
Server-side platform development experience
Experience working with Oracle or other relational databases (RDBMS)
Strong understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, etc.)
Basic frontend exposure using React
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with MongoDB

Strong backend development experience in Java
