Responsibilities
Build and deploy agentic AI systems using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain
Design multi-agent architectures to automate complex enterprise workflows with approval/oversight steps
Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and internal tools (function calling / tool use)
Develop and maintain MCP servers and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication patterns
Evaluate and apply modern LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) based on performance/cost
Build RAG pipelines, prompt frameworks, and (where needed) multi-modal document understanding
Implement state machines, memory, and adaptive reasoning modules for robust autonomous behaviour
Improve observability and reliability with monitoring/evaluation/debugging (Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize, etc.)
Collaborate with product/engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
Contribute to engineering standards, internal tooling, and best practices (and mentor where appropriate)
Qualification
Required
5+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML or agentic AI systems
Strong Python engineering (async patterns, testing, type hints, clean system design)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangGraph/LangChain, and RAG
Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs and data layers
Familiarity with observability/monitoring and production deployment patterns
Strong cloud-native engineering mindset (microservices, reliability, testing, CI/CD)
Preferred
MCP servers/clients, A2A communication, or multi-modal LLM experience
FinTech, finance systems, audit workflows, or enterprise automation exposure
Fine-tuning familiarity (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT) and responsible AI practices
Distributed systems / orchestration experience
