Responsibilities
Analyze software requirements and design specifications to develop test plans and cases
Create, execute, and maintain detailed QA test cases for features within the software application, ensuring thorough test coverage
Support phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through deployment and post-release support
Assist other members of the POD in identifying test scope, assessing test risks, and determining optimal test methodology approaches
Create and maintain test documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Execute test responsibilities with some supervision, leveraging test automation where applicable
Interface and communicate effectively with internal development teams, product owners, and external support groups to facilitate issue resolution and ensure timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in software testing principles and a passion for quality
Understanding of test automation concepts and practical experience in implementing automated test solutions
Keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a financial domain
Experience with Selenium, Java
API Testing
Experience in cloud platforms, particularly GCP
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with UNIX, SQL and programming knowledge (Python/Java) is essential
