Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Set up appointments and drive leads into the sales funnel of prospective clients through various sources including company database, internet, job boards, referrals, advertisements, call and email blasts, cold calling and other inside and outside sales methods
Research and identify prospective customers
Increase company revenue by turning prospective leads into customers
Create a positive rapport with leads through excellent communication skills
Maintain a detailed log of prospects, responses and outcomes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of sales experience (Staffing experience is a plus but not required)
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
A proven ability to exceed KPIs and metrics
Exceptional communication and organization skills
