Field Marketing Manager

The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure event strategies align with business objectives and executing flawless event planning and logistics.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Demand Generation to identify and prioritize events (trade shows, conferences, regional meetups) based on ROI and target audience
Develop event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution
Partner with the Content team to create compelling event messaging, booth visuals, and supporting assets that reflect brand positioning
Ensure messaging aligns with Sales strategies and resonates with target personas
Manage booth design, layout, and branding for all events
Coordinate logistics, including shipping, asset management, and on-site setup
Work with SDRs and Demand Gen to drive booth traffic and pre-event engagement (email campaigns, social promotion, appointment setting)
Act as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and external vendors/agencies for event execution
Ensure all assets (collateral, demos, giveaways) are available and consistent with brand standards
Track event performance metrics (attendance, leads, pipeline influence) and provide post-event analysis
Continuously optimize event strategy based on data and feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience in planning and executing regional and industry events
Ability to collaborate with Demand Generation to identify and prioritize events based on ROI and target audience
Experience in developing event plans, timelines, and budgets
Ability to partner with the Content team to create compelling event messaging and supporting assets
Experience in managing booth design, layout, and branding for events
Ability to coordinate logistics, including shipping, asset management, and on-site setup
