Responsibilities
Process consumption orders and log supplier receipts in a timely and accurate manner
Reconcile physical inventory counts with ERP records
Verify invoices against received goods to ensure alignment
Monitor stock movements and confirm returned or inspected goods are correctly reflected in inventory
Flag and escalate any data discrepancies or inventory issues
Follow established processes and standard operating procedures under guidance from senior team members
Support the Supply Planner by handling day-to-day execution tasks, freeing up time for strategic initiatives and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Basic knowledge of supply chain principles preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
