Inside Sales Representative

The ISR will focus on managing and converting short-cycle sales opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer engagement and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web requests
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and lead times
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
Prepare accurate quotes aligned with pricing and margin guidelines
Maintain strong quote accuracy and follow-up discipline
Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into profitable revenue
Drive upsell, cross-sell, and increased wallet share within assigned accounts
Manage a short-cycle sales pipeline in CRM
Build relationships that strengthen account retention
Handle high-volume inbound demand with speed and responsiveness
Identify high‑potential customers and transition them into Tier 2
Improve conversion and quoting velocity
Work closely with Outside Sales, Customer Support, and Business Development
Assist Business Development with quotes, documentation, or support for Tier 1 accounts
Maintain CRM accuracy and adhere to Rules of Engagement
Resolve pricing, order, shipment, or product questions by partnering with internal teams
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial sales, business, manufacturing, or related field
3–10 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience

Comfort with CRM and ERP systems; strong attention to detail
A proactive, high‑energy mindset focused on customer satisfaction and revenue impact
