Responsibilities

Substantive redlining, negotiating, and advising on customer agreements in Mandarin
Leading client-facing discussions and negotiations in Mandarin with Chinese customers
Supporting sales teams to move deals forward efficiently and commercially
Drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and related commercial agreements
Working closely with a global commercial contracts team (US and India-based)
Handling additional contract matters supporting North America and other regions, as needed

Required

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Demonstrated, substantive experience negotiating and redlining customer agreements in Mandarin
Strong client-facing experience conducting calls and negotiations in Mandarin
Commercially minded, practical approach to contract negotiation
Active U.S. law license, in good standing (any jurisdiction)

Preferred

Native Mandarin speaker highly preferred
Experience with CLM tools a plus (client uses Ironclad)
