Change Manager
Crescent Solutions is seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to support enhancements to their enterprise IT4U portal. This role focuses on driving effective change adoption through targeted communication and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the IT4U product team and stakeholders to assess upcoming releases, change impacts, and required user behavior shifts
Manage the OCM intake and workflow process, ensuring consistent assessment, prioritization, and documentation of changes
Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and support needs
Develop and implement communication strategies based on the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement)
Create clear, audience-tailored deliverables such as announcements, FAQs, job aids, training guides, and readiness materials
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and partner with Corporate Marketing & Communications for aligned, high-quality messaging
Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and sentiment; provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership
Maintain essential documentation, including communication plans, impact analyses, stakeholder maps, and training resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, IT, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably for technology initiatives
Proven experience applying the ADKAR model to drive successful change adoption
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business units
Independent worker who can manage priorities and deliver with limited oversight
Analytical approach to defining KPIs and using data to refine strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Preferred
Experience with enterprise technology rollouts
Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM processes
