IS Epic Application Analyst 2 - Patient Access
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an IS Epic Application Analyst II for Patient Access to provide functional and technical support for applications used by business and clinical users. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, design enhancements, and coordinate activities for the IS organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as functional and technical subject matter expert on associated applications and workflows
Collaborates with operational leaders, end users, and cross-functional IT teams to identify issues, define requirements, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
Build, modify, test, and deploy Epic system changes in a timely and accurate manner, following established change control processes
Creates and executes test scripts for new system builds
Implements system updates and changes and communicates those changes to super users and end users
Engages, manages, and communicates to all stakeholders
Trains and mentors Application Analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
2 Years Of Experience
Epic Certification Required: Cadence, Referrals, Prelude
Preferred
Epic Certifications Recommended: Grand Central, MyChart, HelloWorld
