Responsibilities
Provide technical and back-end support for the functional areas of the Harford Community College’s SIS & CRM systems
Collaborate with functional areas to enhance the SIS & CRM
Research and review the necessary documentation, forums and online training
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SIS & CRM integrated systems
Train staff on SIS & CRM usage and functionality
Communicate the functional needs of departments on campus in collaboration with the technology staff
Coordinate with Workforce and Community Education WCE division leaders to support instructional programming and data reporting requirements
Research new SIS/CRM functionality and upgrade options, and communicate upgrade paths and system changes to functional and technical staff
Assist in SIS & CRM upgrades, system testing and deployments along with providing support in data and reporting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Minimum of three years of experience administering a CRM, ERP, SIS, or similar application
Strong SQL skills
Ability to provide reporting and data support for SIS/CRM tools, including implementation, training, and system enhancements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with administration of CMS, LMS, ERP, SIS or similar enterprise application
Strong collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with Destiny 1
Experience with Slate
