IT Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, friendly support via phone, email, and ticketing
Troubleshoot Windows 11, VPN, network, Outlook, browsers, mobile devices, and conferencing tools
Resolve and route tickets, document solutions, and manage backlog
Support workstation setups, imaging, PC replacements, and office moves
Assist with conference room tech, A/V setups, and visitor support
Uphold Information Security best practices in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, VPN, hardware, mobile devices, and conferencing apps
Familiarity with Service Desk tools (ticketing, softphones, remote support)
Preferred
3+ years of IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment
ITIL certification (preferred)
Additional certifications (Microsoft, A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
