Responsibilities
Review project proposal and plan to determine time frame, funding margins, and procedures
Prepare reports for management and/or customer
Interact with customers based on any project changes
Manage costs and maximize profitability
Liaison between customers and internal departments
Occasional local site/customer office visits
Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job
Other responsibilities assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or other similar businesses
Extensive experience managing large construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
Experienced with field work and understanding the customer's needs
Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred; AutoCAD skills are a plus
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
