Responsibilities
Lead and manage affiliate partner programs on a global scale, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking
Develop partner incentives and marketing programs in collaboration with partners
Work with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to streamline workflows, track data, and support promotional activities
Monitor and report on partner performance, lead quality, and revenue
Ensure accurate partner payouts, attribution, and a positive partner experience
Maintain and update all program documentation and partner-facing materials
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or partner marketing
Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and programs
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Sheets and Excel), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace industries
Background in referral, affiliate, or influencer marketing
Familiarity with process automation and building dashboards/reports, process automation and dashboard/report building
Demonstrated success in scaling partner onboarding and enablement processes
