Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning (accrual and cash)
Build and maintain financial models, scenario analysis, and risk assessments
Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and variance analysis
Prepare monthly financial performance and KPI reporting for leadership
Support board and executive presentations
Track bank covenant compliance across multiple financings
Improve FP&A processes through automation and standardization
Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6+ years of FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
Experience working with ERP/FP&A systems (e.g., Great Plains, OneStream) and BI tools
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred
MBA
CPA, CFA, or CMA
