Providing technical support to university staff, faculty, and students
Troubleshooting technical issues
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Assisting with hardware and software setups
Delivering effective customer support
Regularly engage with end-users to maintain and improve IT service quality across the institution's network and systems infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Familiarity with hardware, software, and network systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment
Commitment to providing excellent service to a diverse university community
Preferred
Prior experience in a technical support role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is recommended
