Talent Operations Coordinator
Search Wizards is a leading global provider of talent solutions, seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to manage operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The role involves creating requisitions, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with various stakeholders in the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation processes
Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions
Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed
Partner closely with business managers, admins and with hiring managers
Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
5-7 years customer service-related experience required
5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field
Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word)
Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail
Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed
Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed
The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships
The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities
