Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, moving coordinators, and drivers—sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
Build scalable sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and community channels to generate consistent candidate flow
Advise leadership on recruitment marketing: where to spend, what messaging works, how to attract top talent in a competitive market
Optimize cost-per-hire and time-to-fill through data-driven decisions and process improvements
Drive retention initiatives and improve onboarding programs to reduce turnover
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of high-volume recruiting (30-50+ hires/year minimum)
Tech-savvy with job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social recruiting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and recruitment marketing
Metrics-driven: you know your numbers (cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, retention rates)
Thrives in fast-paced environments where hiring needs are constant
Preferred
Experience with hourly/blue-collar recruiting—logistics, warehouse, call centers, healthcare, or field services preferred
Moving, logistics, or transportation industry experience is a major plus
