Responsibilities

Own and communicate the product vision to delivery teams
Understand users, systems, and business needs to ensure real product value
Research, analyze, and define product requirements
Partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and development teams to maintain a well-prioritized backlog
Write, refine, and clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans
Collaborate daily with delivery teams to guide development and approve stories
Lead product demos, validate outcomes with stakeholders, and support UAT
Develop personas, journey maps, and user insights to guide design and delivery
Use metrics, forecasting, and burn-up charts to set delivery expectations
Drive continuous improvement using Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices

Required

7+ years of experience in software, technology, or program delivery
3+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
Strong experience with Salesforce, specifically SiteTracker
Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable backlogs
Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies

Preferred

CSPO, A-CSPO, or SAFe Agilist certification
Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations
