Responsibilities
Assist with planning, editing, and organizing video content for social media, events, and campaigns
Coordinate video assets, captions, and publishing schedules
Support basic video editing and formatting (training provided if needed)
Help build and schedule social media content across LinkedIn and other platforms
Assist with copywriting, content calendars, and visual coordination
Monitor engagement and help identify trends and opportunities
Track and report on social media, email, and campaign performance
Help maintain dashboards and summarize key metrics
Support data collection for campaign and event ROI
Assist with planning and executing virtual and in-person events
Help manage timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
Support pre- and post-event marketing activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in B2B marketing, digital content, and events
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
Preferred
Basic experience with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or similar (nice to have)
